Despite deploying skilled professionals, Kurtz Investigations Rostock and Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania endeavours to maintain a fair fee structure so that engaging detectives is unfortunately not affordable for absolutely everyone, but nevertheless remains within reach for broad sections of the population. In determining our fees, we voluntarily adhere – without being bound by membership – to the code of honour of the Federal Association of International Detectives and position ourselves in the lower range of the recommended pricing scale.

It is important to Kurtz Detective Agency Rostock to apply a transparent fee structure, which is why we disclose the costs of engaging our services below:

No hidden additional costs – fair billing

No flat-rate expense charges – billing only for actual and necessary expenditure.

 

No postage and telephone costs – these are generally included in the hourly rate and are not charged separately.

 

No costs for the use of standard detective equipment – this is likewise included in the hourly rate. Only specialised equipment, if required, will be charged additionally. Naturally, the detectives of Kurtz Investigations Rostock and Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania will discuss the use of such equipment with you in advance.

 

No special surcharges for weekend or night assignments – a fixed hourly rate seven days a week, around the clock (except Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve).
